As someone currently studying to be able to write proper Latin (and eventually speak it), your blog brings me so much joy - and I feel a little less stupid every time I'm able to understand a post you make in Latin
Vale, amice! Gratias tibi ago iucunda ob verba <3
(My vocabulary is straight up awful and I'm fairly sure I constructed the causation incorrectly but you get the gist <3)
I forgot that I even had an ask button! (this is I guess a reminder to myself and anyone reading that it indeed exists)
I'm so happy that you find joy in my blog! :) I share the (perhaps odd) desire to be fluent in Latin speech and script and I totally understand the sensation when you realize you are starting to understand bits of input.
If you aren't familiar with them yet, I urge you to check out Latinitas Animi Causa (lit. Latin for the sake of the soul, i.e. Latin For Fun). They produce many levels of auditory input which I can vouch for, both on youtube and twitch streams, and in maybe the best intermediate Latin podcast.
Fortuna studia tua faveat!
(Your vocabulary seems great to my eyes, and ob + accusative is indeed a usable construction with gratias tibi, which LAC have a video on here.)
