maybe just take off your invisalign for one day? :-( or take a warm bath…… take some midol and then sleep

I would be in way too much pain when I put them back in to do that. Allergic to midol too. I did just take a warm shower. I tried moving around for like 5 minutes while I warmed up my heat pack to help with the cramps and now I'm like wrapping my entire body in heat haha... I've slept all morning already so I can't fall back asleep just yet.
