On the list of scariest horror movie moments, this one must be placed higher.

Val is just sitting there motionlessly, staring at the camera. She doesn't blink. Doesn't speak. Her dog is barking in the background. There is a broken mirror and an open bottle of bleach (it's implied she was possessed to drink it). Other characters assume Val's camera is frozen but when Blaire calls her, her buzzing phone is seen moving on the table. And throughout these long 30 seconds, billie227's message remains in the chat.

"i have a better idea why don't you kill urself lol"

That's what Val told Laura Barns when the poor girl was trying to find out who posted the humiliating video.

Laura never forgot.
