Laura Jansen - Same Heart ft. Tom Chaplin

The charity single and the theme song of 3FM Serious Request 2012, an annual fundraiser organized by Dutch public rock radio station 3FM and the Red Cross to generate financial help and awareness for a ‘silent' humanitarian disaster, focused on the fight against infant mortality that year.

Written-By Laura Jansen and  Matt Hales, the sales of the song was fully granted to the 3FM Serious Request campaign 2012.

これは2012年の幼児死亡率低下キャンペーンに向けたチャリティ・シングル曲で活動休止前のキーンのトム・チャプリンとのデュエット曲。ローラ・ヤンセンは若い頃政治学を学んでおり、社会的な関心や意識が高かったようだが、人権活動家だった親友がアフリカで死んだことなどから、政治の世界から離れ、歌手の道に入ったようだ。そのため今でも彼女のツィッターでは社会的な発言も臆せず発信している。最近ではトランプの移民政策などへも厳しい反対意見を表明している。
