So remember how I’ve been talking about how I think the Nova Blade may be made out of a Star Devouer dragon’s tooth because Aaravos had said only a dragon’s bite could kill him and it has weird connections to Laurelion’s armor and the blade seems to have some interesting ties with the Sunfire elves that might point to it being made out of a tooth?

Well, I was rewatching TDP today and I realized I completely forgot that the poem about Laurelion’s death literally refers to the blade as “death’s bite” brought by “ivory draconic”.

Also the fact that they described it as white in the poem, which it certainly wasn’t in the TDP poster.

Maybe it might not be a Star Devourer’s tooth specifically, but I’m like 100% certain it’s a dragon tooth.

Edit: I completely forgot! There’s this post I made that talked about a mural with a dragon being defeated by a Sunfire elf from the Xadia game. Someone suggested that the dragon could have been a Star Devourer dragon and I’m bringing it up now because that might somehow correlate to the story behind the Nova Blade.
