Laurel was on a run. She usually did this at least once a day. It was to help keep her mind off things that she didn’t want to think about. Laurel wasn’t really paying attention, that was until she ran straight into Louis. Laurel let out an ‘oomph’, her hands gripping onto his arms to keep herself from falling backward. “I am so sorry!”

"Yeah, that wouldn't work because then you have to use more energy that way," Laurel explained. "We're already using a lot of energy to keep us in check on the full moon, you need to learn where and when to expend it."
