The wrong idea will get you shot.The whole game is information.  When I need it, I only go to people I trust.

There’s a punk I know who fits the bill down at the post office.  E’s a spiky-haired devil who knows everyone and knows who’s trouble.  And if you’re the wrong kind of trouble, e’ll get you killed.

Everyone, from the fattest cat to the littlest mouse, knows Lauren Bounce.  They’re all afraid e knows something, even about themselves, that they don’t.  Because e does.

Today, I need answers.  So I took my number and waited in line.  One wrong look, a wrong word, a misplaced “sweetheart,” or “toots,” and I knew I’d leave with a death sentence instead of a tip.

I keep my eyes on the front of the line, where e sat at a counter that felt a foot above all our heads.  It wasn’t.  Eir uniform, crisp and sky blue, had the sleeves cut off to the arms.  Bangles and brambles in wicked metal decorated eir arms.  A button on the roughened collar read, “social justice, street justice.”  E puffed on a magic smoke wand.  The tip glowed in LED, and puffed out “smoke” through the office.

On the counter, a coffee mug shaped like half a pineapple hinted at the warm heart I knew hid behind all those prickles.

Maybe one person in line wanted to mail something.  The rest wanted to know something.  

A guy at the front of the line didn’t keep his mouth shut like I knew to.  Bounce’s face turned to ice faster than a Minnesota winter.

A cloud of smoke blew into his face.  E said a few words I couldn’t hear, and he blanched and crumpled to the floor.  The burly guard “helped” him outside.

When I'm really struggling to eat for whatever reason, I try to take higher calorie drinks like milkshakes. Its not a healthy long term regimen, but if I'm on shakes for more than a couple days I get nutrient rich ones from my pharmacist.

1. What’s for dinner today? That's actually a very good question..! Probably some sort of soup, unless I can put something more creative together when I'm at the corner store later. (Edit: I didn't put anything more creative together. x'D But I have soda now?)

2. Do you have pets? If so, which? I have one beautiful black kitten, with 3 white toes on her hind paws. She's about 5 months old.

3. Which sites except tumblr do you spend the most time on? Not a whole lot right now. According to my internet browser, I usually got on YouTube, my email or the website I do work for/on (and their Facebook page, I keep that active as well).

4. What’s your favourite spot in your room/flat/house? My bed. By far. It feels nice and safe, and it has rainbow fairy lights in the shape of a headboard which I adore. <3

5. What’s your favourite book? Hmmm... I haven't been reading too much lately, buuuut I have a serious soft spot for fantasy. My favourite book is Sabriel by Garth Nix, and my favourite series is The Bartimaeus Trilogy by Jonathan Stroud. I can't recommend them enough for anyone who is a lover of fiction and brilliantly written narration (empahsis here towards The Bartimaeus Trilogy)!

6. Which languages do you speak? Sadly I'm only fluent in English. I learned a good bit of French in high school but my education in the basics was minimal in elementary and middle school, and that made my understanding of the language pretty rushed and spotty. I'd love to learn a second language properly one day though...~

7. If you’re not on tumblr, how do you like to spend your time? Usually if I'm on the computer I'll be playing a video game, if I'm on the couch I'll be on my phone watching YouTube videos, drawing, or watching a movie or documentary with my fiance. Or, we'll be talking or taking a walk.

Oh. Or I'll be cooking, as I'm the only one in the house who really can. :P

8. Do you get sick easily? I'd say I'm mid-way. I get sick quite easily sometimes, and other times it takes a lot to get me feeling gross. Mostly I just get really lethargic and headache-y.

9. What’s your favourite city? In all honesty, cities intimidate me. I was raised in a very small town that didn't even have side walks or street lights except for maybe 5 blocks immediately downtown. So, I'd have to say my favourite city I've been to is the mid-sized one I currently live in. Travel wise? I have relatives in London, so I'd love to go there one day, I'd also love to go to Tokyo just for the bucket-list experience.

10. Are you scared of spiders? YES. I've been able to deal with their presence less and less as I've grown older. Thankfully my fiance is less of a wuss and can save me from their terrible wrath!

11. If you could play any role from any play or film, which would you like to have? I think the obligatory answer here in anyone in A Very Potter Musical.

What’s been happening? I seem to have missed this story

A shipping tag that I follow is dealing with an avalanche of hate that a particular user sparked. People are creating blogs dedicated to hating the tag and others are spamming it with things that doesn't belong.

And it still hasn't stopped.

Oh, I love felted bags.  I do hope you share a photo of one with us here.  And a lace dress sounds incredibly ambitious to me (and… stunning.)  I can’t wait to see it!
