When I'm really struggling to eat for whatever reason, I try to take higher calorie drinks like milkshakes. Its not a healthy long term regimen, but if I'm on shakes for more than a couple days I get nutrient rich ones from my pharmacist.

Those packs of small disposable kitchen sponges or a magic eraser are a cleaning godsend. Especially for my ocd because you get a new clean one every time instead of having to worry about storing them and them getting germed up.
This isn't a recipe but a huge spoon thief for me is the cleaning up. I just discovered Dawn Platinum. It's amazing! All I have to do is fill the sink with hot water, a little soap, and the hardened on food that has been sittin there for too long just falls off. All I have to do is wipe a soapy sponge over the dishes and rinse. It's being seriously helpful for me.
