Go on a 20 minute walk in the morning to keep your body moving, actually wash your face and brush your teeth every night, go to bed before midnight, set a timer for 10 minutes and just pray. Make a goal for each day that’s something you can actually achieve. Don’t forget that people care about you too. Reach out to your family and friends let them know you’re going through a hard time right now and let them know if there’s anything they can do to help you, even if that just means listening or reminding you to do your laundry or clean your room or do your homework. Most importantly remember that everything happening right now is just temporary, things WILL change. They always do.
