I realized something (kind of?) funny. Both Marvel and DC decided to NOT go with their Archer-Bird romances.

Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) did not end up with Laurel Lance (Black Canary) but instead ended up with Felicity Smoak (who, in the comics, was Ronnie Raymond’s step-mother with no connection to Green Arrow)

Clint Barton (Hawkeye) did not end up or even date Bobbi Morse (Mockingbird) but instead ended up with his Ultimate Universe inspired wife, Laura Barton (who, while being called Agent 19 in the Hawkeye show, was NOT referred to as Mockingbird). Bobbi, meanwhile, ended up with Lance Hunter (who, in the comics, was originally an older man but was retconned/rewritten to be younger to match his MCU version).

Of course I ship Huntingbird a lot more than Olicity
