Swirled Lavender Blackberry Sheet Cake

Lavender cake recipe;
100 g butter
180 g cane sugar or regular sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
180 g wheat flour
2 tablespoons of birch seeds
2 tablespoons lavender flowers (preferably fresh)
Mix butter and sugar well. The eggs are then added one at a time, and the rest of the ingredients are turned into the dough, except for the birch seeds. Grease a baking tin and sprinkle the birch seeds in. Pour the lavender batter into the tin and bake it for approx. 1 hour to 40 minutes, at 180 degrees. The cake smells nice of lavender.
Topping;
Mix powdered sugar and water into a glaze and put it on the cold cake. And some lavender on top.
The ends don’t taste much like lavender, but the rest of the cake taste like lavender. It really good and if you like lavender. I recommend this:D
