Rabbit in the moon, for a new year of healing 🌕
About an hour later, Pearl comes out with her mane ready for the Grand Galloping Gala.
Pearl: Ah, nothing like a new mane do to make a mare feel like a lady.
Pearl: Wouldn’t you agree, Keira?
Keira: Well, this is new, but I do feel pretty.
Pearl: And you look just as pretty, too.
Keira: Aw, thanks mum.
Pearl: Now, what do you say you and I get home and get dressed and ready for real?
Keira: Sure! I can’t wait to try on that dress you got me!
Pearl and Keira grab their bags after paying Lavender Sprig for the work she and the other staff did.
Lavender: Goodbye! Have a good night at the Gala!
Keira: You too, if you’re going. If not, have a nice night!
Lavender: Thank you!

Lavender sprig I drew because @doddleoddle said she wanted someone to draw her one for a potential tattoo ^_^

Keira and Pearl then arrived at the spa in Canterlot. Luckily for them, it wasn’t that far away from the dress shop they were just at.
Keira: This place almost reminds me of the spa in the Crystal Empire!
Pearl: Really? I bet it’s simply gorgeous! And the service must be wonderful!
After hearing the entrance bell ring, one of the spa workers came along. As she walked in, Pearl took Keira’s bag and set both bags off to the side.
Lavender: Good afternoon, ladies. My name is Lavender Sprig. How can we help you today?
Pearl: Yes, we’d like a mane wash and style and a hooficure. We’re getting around for the Gala tonight.
Lavender: Ah! How wonderful! Have dates for tonight, I would assume?
Pearl: Actually, we’re just going together as mother and daughter.
Keira: I was going to take my fiancee, but we had already planned this ahead of time.
Lavender: Ooh! You’re getting married! Exciting!
Lavender: Why don’t you tell us more about it while we get you two set up?
Keira: I’d love to!
Pearl: You sure are the center of attention today, aren’t you, hun? Well come on! Let’s go!
