Well, now that Phoenix had an apartment of his own this time, even though it was in probably the worst location possible, sector three. It felt a little better for him. No more living underground in a weird hut and it was still kind of comfortable enough if you tried to ignore every gunshot that shows up in every five minutes. It wasn’t exactly good, but it was way better than before.
His roommates didn’t really show up often for some reason, but he didn’t really mind that at all. To be honest, he kinda understood why they wouldn’t really come back to this sector. But that wasn’t Phoenix’s objective for today. Since he got to the apartment, the fridge has been completely empty for what seemed like days, and it would be a good idea to fill it with something, anything.
He would prefer to just go to the shopping district, but liking it or not, he had to get used to this place no matter what. But he was completely lost in this weird sector, and to be honest, a bit scared.
He knew he would regret it, but he approached the first non scary person that showed up. Maybe they could help him.
“I’m sorry for bothering you, but I’m new to this place. Could you tell me where the store is?”
