He probably got himself transferred to be Virus' roommate in the sleeping quarters. Virus, being the apathetic lil shit he is, barely reacts. Or just groans in frustration at how loud Trip's breathing is.

This behavior persists throughout the years, eventually evolving into Trip crawling into Virus' bed during the night and doing that creepy deep inhaling thing. Virus is so desensitized that the most reaction Trip gets is a "Trip, you have your own bed."

Squinty squint at Trip-senpai. So damn tall. Victoria offers him a cupcake. "...." now she's just gonna stare at him until he takes it.

Trip blinked inquisitively at the presented cupcake. He didn't really plan on eating anything sweet until he returned home, but with this in sight now it would be a lie to say he didn't want it. Such generosity from a stranger. A weird one. He reached out and rather than taking a cupcake in hand, ran index and middle fingers over it's surface to gather the icing and one by one, licked them clean again.

Tahno sat up in bed, if only too make a sour, less-than-flattering face at his bedmate. Throughout his short-lived slumber (short-lived, because babies never slept, and he felt as if he had just put his little girl to bed minutes before), his hair had gotten tousled and mussed, a strand floating aimlessly atop his head and sticking nearly straight up.

His lips curled into a sneer, though, with his exhaustion, the expression held no real authority. 

"Surely you’re joking,” He spoke, his words falling out of a single corner of his mouth and spilling onto the bed, thick with fatigue and slightly accented in his weariness. “I had no idea that I would be raising her alone,” He muttered, albeit bitterly, but swung his legs over the bed and stood to sooth the fussy baby in the room next door. 

"We all could use beauty rest, darling,” He huffed.

Tahno sneered in response to her demands, finding her attitude and sudden delusion of authority to be more irritating than superior. Hastily flicking a hand through his hair, he rolled his eyes at her, a huff of air from his mouth sending his dark bangs floating upwards before they came to rest just below his chin. 

"So, I’m a puppet, hm?" He challenged, his tongue briefly clicking against his lower lip. "If you like to demand,” A smile, twisted and, for lack of a better word,  sleazy, stretched along his mouth, and he lowered his head, gazing at her through sleepy eyes. “I’m more than willing to submit,” From his throat, a chuckle. “Though, you’ll have to work for that power, darling.”
