terms and conditions are actually the devil and not even in disguise, all companies write in there is "we are not responsible for anything actually" and then you have to go find eu regulation 47389020/39(GHAUD)8290[3;5;5] which says "consumers are poor little innocent lambs and can do no harm" and pray that waving that at the company does something but you just know they will go 🙈🙉🙊 nope don't believe it here is my 10 page argument (no page numbers, no letter head, no signature) in which i say several confusing and maybe even contradictory things and request you, the consumer, prove the negative, goodbye, see you in court
