Is it possible to get fire alpaca on my android?
No, FireAlpaca is available for Windows and Mac only.
However, there are a couple of Android apps that are very similar and would substitute (based on the same code, and they even use the same file format): LayerPaint HD and MediBang Paint.
Personally, I find MediBang Paint has a better interface on Android, but they both provide many of the same features. MediBang Paint also has some cloud features that, in my personal opinion, make it a better Android app.

Would a Maven Pro or Galileo Pro tablet be compatible with FireAlpaca?
No, these are Android tablets. FireAlpaca needs a Windows or Mac computer.
See my post about the 3 different types of tablets. These tablets fit into the third category.
However, you could use LayerPaint HD or MediBang Paint, which are Android apps that share a lot of the same code and features with FireAlpaca (no onion skin mode or 3D perspective layers). Personally, I think MediBang Paint is the better Android app and closer to FireAlpaca in interface, although LayerPaint HD is probably slightly closer to FireAlpaca in features.
