I think early seasons Cas would be very annoyed by sexual attraction and later seasons Cas would indulge in it like a hot bath

Dean lets Cas borrow his hot dog pajama pants and then has to hide how turned on it makes him because that's embarrassing, except he can't and he's all over Cas, pressed up against him while they make dinner, playing footsie under the table while they eat, leaning in to snatch him up in his arms and bury his face in his neck when he tries to maneuver past, sliding his hands in and out of the waistband while he caresses the skin of Cas's back, and Cas is all bemused like 'where is this coming from?' because Dean is affectionate yes, but he hasn't been able to go two seconds without a Dean shaped octopus wrapping itself around him the moment he enters line of sight, and Dean is all bashful fluttering eyelashes, toying with the soft fabric of the pants as he says 'idk there's just something about you today, you look so touchable' and later that evening when Dean is stripped bare and Cas's shirt is flung halfway across the room, those pajama pants stray no further than halfway down his thighs, Dean makes sure of it
