Burnout 3... Enough said
the girl and her blog
i m going to take a crack at an introduction i m not sure who's reading this but this blog is my brain - scrambled but also a series of writings if i m confident enough they'll become books maybe a song
I hope you enjoy keeping up with the organized randomness of my corner of the internet
I honestly feel like this song is the ultimate Gen Z/Millennial anthem against boomers.
Embrace your inner lazy, kick back, and enjoy some games this weekend.
The F-Ups - Lazy Generation
"Lazy Generation" by The F-Ups
posted in r/punk
It's so weird. When I was little, I had passion and desire and dedication and motivation to do things in life. I wanted to go out and do everything. Now, I just go through the motions. What point is there? It's the same routine over and over. You go to class. Do ECs. Go home. Eat. Shower. Do homework. Sleep. And start over. You graduate. Have kids. Work. Die. That's it. There is no more motivation. No more desire to do anything. Nothing holds importance like it used to. This is the result of growing up. Because college stresses us to the point of not wanting anything anymore. Having to grow up with the uncertainty that anything will work. Growing up in the school system that punishes for failure instead of helping and writes up girls for wearing distracting clothes and gives more money to sports than academics and fine arts. I am not apart of the generation that doesn't care and is lazy. I am apart of the generation who wasn't given a chance to mess up and learn and grow as indepent people. I am the working generation.
'A lot of people don't want to make their own decisions. They're too scared. It's much easier to be told what to do.'
~Marylin Manson
This song is the reason I never skipped the Burnout 3 Opening clip
