Though he’d been living among humans for months now, dawn still hit different on this planet. “Anyway, I hope you slept well. I really did make eggs and bakey. Don’t you think they smell glorious?”

❝You know, you don’t always have to fuss over me,❞ he says. He knew full well that he could be --- well, a handful. But it was never his intention to worry her ( he just happened to be really good at making bad decisions. ) He grins a little, making a point of grabbing his coat. ❝I’m not going anywhere seedy, by the way --- I promise.❞ He gives a small shrug, ❝just a walk...You wanna come with? ❞

It was an undeniable fact that Caleb was reckless. He didn’t mind putting others at risk, he didn’t mind putting himself at risk. He was careless at best and dangerous at worst. Currently his face is bloodied and bruised, the result of fight --- a clash with someone he might’ve almost considered a friend. But that didn’t really matter much now. He shows up at Arden’s doorstep because frankly, she’s one of the only people he genuinely trusts. And it sure as hell beat cleaning himself up alone at his apartment. He gently knocks on the door, muttering a quiet ❝hey,❞ when she cracks open the door.

crystal buries her face into sparrow’s chest, breathing out slowly. “i know... i just hate burdening you with my job, you know? so much of it is so HARD, and so crazy from an outside perspective...” she sighs softly, fingers digging into sparrow’s shirt. she breathes out again shakily, willign the tears not to come. “it’s just really hard,, you know. being the youngest and the only foreign member.” she presses her face against his neck, sighing. “sometimes i really miss my family and my life back at home, but i also love my job and i love my members... and if i wasn’t here, then i would have never met you. and that would be terrible, because you’re honestly one of the best things to ever happen to me. you and debuting. and neither one would be possible if i didn’t live here.” she shrugs her shoulders. “i’m just a big mess of emotions, that’s why i didn’t want to burden you with it...”

“i hate to break it to you, but you’re not supposed to do any strenuous physical activity for the next couple weeks, and if i have to personally make sure you don’t every waking hour of the day then i’m fully prepared to do that.” from michael

kiro huffs from his spot on the bed, broken foot propped up on a pillow. he’d gone a little bit too hard on his dancing, and the strain of his diet plus the hard routines had caused him to break his ankle. so now he was on forced bed rest, though it couldn’t be too terrible with michael taking care of him. at michael’s words, he whines, though, kicking his uninjured foot. “but i’m gonna be so BORED!” he whines, crossing his arms over his chest like a child. all of his schedules were on hold for the next couple of months, and he wasn’t used to this kind of long break. sighing in defeat, he falls back against the pillows. “will you at least give me lots of cuddles to make up for how much pain i’m in?” he looks up at michael with big, fake innocent eyes, a grin on his lips.

“I think I’m falling in love with you.” from michael

kiro blinks up at the other boy, brown eyes wide. he can’t say this is entirely unexpected, having heard michael rehearsing this exact speech to his back when he thinks kiro is asleep, but it still catches him off guard. he bites down on his lower lip to try and stop the grin that appears on his face, but he can’t help it. kiro steps closer to michael, wrapping his arms around the other boy’s neck. he presses a kiss to michael’s forehead, then both of his cheeks, before pressing forward and kissing him deeply, leaving them both breathless. he pulls back, looking at michael with the most brilliant smile on his cheeks, a soft blush appearing. “i know i’m falling in love with you.” he says gently, fingers tangling into michael’s soft hair. “i have been for a while now, i just didn’t want to scare you off or pressure you.” kiro feels like his heart is about to burst out of his chest, and he blushes darkly, dropping his head to hide his face in michael’s neck.
