In the United States, even in Japan-focused convention spaces, it's almost impossible to find any Takarazuka Revue anything!
When I found these at a yard sale yesterday, I swear I stopped breathing. My brain could only make high pitched "eeeeeEEEEEeeeeeEEEEE" sounds and I lost the ability to read Japanese. I had no idea exactly *what* I was buying, but I was definitely going to buy them all.
I got five "Le Cinqs," three ad cards, and Yuhi Ozora Peraonl Book Vol. 5, for $50 which is an insanely low price for merch in the U.S.
It was the best yard sale find ever!
Is there anyone who would like to work with me on a translation of Adieu Marseille by Hanagumi/Flower Troupe ? I got the DVD and the full script (I got the Le Cinq magazine) and of course I’ll share them with you if you wish to help me. English is not my native language btw, sorry for any mistakes
Hi guys :)
It’s been forever, I know. I had some mental health issues and I’m still searching for a job so I wasn’t really feeling too well.
Now I decided to take a new step and do a Working Holiday in Japan for which I need to save some money so I decided to sell some of my Takarazuka stuff.
All items are in perfect condition.
The calendars are still in the original packaging, the DVDs have only been watched once and the books I’ve only looked through once or twice.
If you would like any of these items, message me here or better via Email at [email protected]
Shipping is worldwide. Payment via PayPal.
If you’re not interested in any of the goods I would still appreciate it if you could reblog the post to reach more people. Since I lost touch with the fandom too...

The dining room, deep in the hotel, is a broad space of high ceilings and coving, with thick carpets to muffle the screams. It is decorated in various shades of taupe, biscuit and fuck you. There’s a little gilt here and there, to remind us that this is a room designed for people for whom guilt is unfamiliar. It shouts money much as football fans shout at the ref. There’s a stool for the lady’s handbag. Well, of course there is.

It was supposed to be a joyous trip to one of France’s famous gastro palaces – what could possibly go wrong?
