2025 part 1
This year was way too intense, so 2025 is getting two posts!（づ￣3￣）づ╭❤️～

Well, what a crazy year! It all started with a version of myself who felt lost about the next step. I was unemployed and had no clear perspective for the future. In that chaotic state, I decided to do what I could: look for a job and keep growing.
I took part in the Aspire Leaders Program, and I can say just one thing: DO IT! My English improved a lot, I learned so much from people all over the world, and I had the opportunity to deeply reflect on our impact on the world, both broadly and in very concrete ways. 🎯
During that time, I also studied intensely for the Prova Unificada de Química, an entry pathway to graduate programs in chemistry in Brazil. It is an undergraduate-level exam, but it covers a wide range of topics, which makes it long and complex to solve. Those were months of hard study, and it completely drained me, especially while I was also searching for a job to support my income. 📝
When we reach these turning points in life, everything feels complicated and hopeless. But I can say this: keep pushing forward, because in the end, everything is worth it. If I had known this earlier, I would certainly have suffered much less.
After months, everything changed. I got a job in the same field as before, working with extractables and leachables, but this time I had the opportunity to learn how to use UHPLC-MS/MS, and WOW, I loved it! High resolution is no joke! Xcalibur, MetFrag, and PubChem, you are amazing—thank you for everything!
This semester ended with a salaried version of myself and one that I thought was exhausted. The workplace required daily commutes of about 1 hour and 30 minutes and a lot of studying in mass spectrometry, but I was getting paid, and therefore, I was happy. ヾ(＠⌒ー⌒＠)ノ
