    well    ,    that    was    a    bust    .    apparently    ,    it    ‘    wasn’t    acceptable    ’    to    challenge    the    teacher    not    once    ,    not    twice    ,    but    thrice    times    in    a    single    day   ,     and    still    see    it    away    unscathed    .    so    ,    the    second    week    of    school    or    not    ;    they    placed    a    phone    call    to     the    only    person    madi    had    for    them    to    call    ,    clarke    .    madi    briefly    manages    to    catch    blues    with    clarke’s    mirrored    blues    before    the    principal’s    door    shuts    and    she’s    left    to    herself    on    the    bench    outside    .    a    discussion    about    her    she   isn’t    allowed    to    attend    .     if    it    was    her    mom    or    dad    on    the   other    side    of    that    door    they    would    be    less    than    impressed    she    knows    .    with    clarke   ,    it’s    uncharted   territory   .    one    she’s    diving    into    headfirst    and    blindfolded    .    at    clarke’s    reappearance   do    eyes    turn    up    to    gauge    her    reaction   .    here    goes    nothing    .    “ ------do i get to go back to class? ”    /    @leaderbcrn

   To say that things have been awkward between them since the night    they decided to blur the line they’ve been tip toeing across for months    now would be a gross understatement. The casual way she used to    brush against him, the easy smile on her lips had vanished as EASILY    as she did that morning after. In his eyes he had offered her an o u t,    && she took it -- it was decided that their ONE night, would be just    that. Something chalked up as too many beers && the desire to be    THERE for her in whatever way she needed. He’d be lying if he said    that he hadn’t been disappointed -- but he was determined to keep    her in his life -- even if it meant their status of ONLY friends remained.           While they were attempting to return to normalcy it was hard not          to notice the T E N S I O N that filled that space between them          that had never been there before. An exhale escapes his lips as          his chocolate hues flicker back && forth, watching her pace the          cool tiles of his kitchen floor. His brow furrowed as she continued,          S H E had told him they needed to talk -- something that despite          their current situation had his heart clenching for a moment &&           this silence wasn’t doing anything to EASE his concern.                      ❝ You’re gonna burn a hole in my floor                                                    if you keep that up, Princess. ❞

i don’t have much to say this week ahead of the prompt because i waited till last minute again like the loser i am and i wanna get down to business bc i just read one of your threads and now i’m trying not to cry but uh, probably going to anyway because wowza.

so !! onto the prompt!

i was supposed to study your threads and pick my favorite and talk about why i love it.

well! my search took me to a thread between you and @leaderbcrn.. it’s the first one i came across, but i knew i didn’t have to search anymore. the CHEMISTRY between you and taylor is impeccable! this scene flowed so nicely between each of the posts that i was able to find. it actually had me shaken to my core.

more so then just that it invoked emotion for something i don’t even like?? ship?? like i’ve never been a big bellarke fan but wow, him telling her as HE’S DYING THAT HE LOVES HER?? OUCH MY HEART!!

but for real, you guys had me shaken to my core with the chemistry and the flow in the few posts that i could find and i just have to emphasize that because i don’t think it’s fair that two people should be able to write so well together.

your writing - as i’ve said continuously over the weeks is amazing but like, this scene in particular shows just how well you really, really know bellamy’s character and i’m in love with how you write him and i HOPE that after this whole thing is over you’ll write with me because im genuinely so… i don’t even have a word for how.. astounded(?) i am by your charactization of him. he’s literally perfect.

i don’t have any clever segways into ending this other then i started this two hours ago and got sucked into a game of fortnite with my little brother and lost… continuously. ( he’s 8 and he’s a million times better than i’ll ever be. ) so now i’m 24 minutes late getting it in, which is the latest i’ve ever been and i feel so bad but asdfghjkl blame my brother!

anyway, you’re amazing, and kind, and sweet and you deserve the world!! don’t forget it!
