💚3rd Of Ramadhan marks the departure from the physical world of our beloved Sayyidah Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها. What ever you read today gift it to Sayyidah leader of Jannah 💗 #LeaderOfJannah #BelovedOfBelovedﷺ . . The Beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم loved Sayyidah Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها very much. It was the routine of the Beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم that whenever he returned from a journey: after offering prayer in the Masjid, he went straight to Sayyidah Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها house. In short, the love of the Beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم for his cherished daughter was really enviable. . . Hadrat Sayyida Aisha رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها reports: “Whenever she visited the Beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم, he stood up for her, kissed her and seated her on his place.” (Tirmidhi) . . Our intention should be to love her greatly because she was greatly loved by the Beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم. The extent of the Beloved Prophet's صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم love for her was beyond normal bounds. For example, the Beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم would say, "Fatima is a part of me, he who upsets her, upsets me". When the time of Sayyidah's رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها death approached she told Hazrat Asma رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها the daughter of Omais that she did not like the way in which the funeral of a woman had been carried to the grave. (Because a sheet was used to cover the dead through which the body was visible). Hazrat Asma رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها told her that in Habsha (Ethiopia) she had seen a different custom that they placed the branches of trees on the bed and then spread the sheet over them. Sayyidah Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها liked this custom and advised that after her death she and Hazrat Ali كَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ should give bath to her body and should not seek assistance of any third person. . . Hence, Sayyidah Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها was the first woman in Islam whose dead body was also covered in the above-mentioned way. She left this world on the 3rd of Ramadhan 11 AH at the age of 30. Hazrat Ali كَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ led her funeral prayer in Jannat-ul Baqi. (Usdul Ghaba) . . (Please note: No one can touch the body of his dead wife, as the death of a woman voids their marriage. it is also a special attribute of Hazrat Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها that her death did not nulify their marriage. hence, Hazrat Ali كَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ remained her husband even after her departure from this world) . . This Pious Lady who paid undivided attention to this point that she should remain hidden from the glance of strangers during her life time and was anxious that no person should see even her dead body wrapped in the shroud, will enjoy such a status on the day of resurrection that a herald will announce : . . ''O People! Lower down your gaze so that Sayyidah Fatima رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنها the Daughter Of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم may pass from here''. (Usdul Ghaba, V: 5,P: 524)
