My son and I used some of the oak leaves collected at the weekend to make some leaf prints in air dry clay. It’s great to do this to examine the detail of the leaf especially its outline/ shape and edge, midrib and veins. I also ran this activity with a group of 8-9 year olds the other week (I’m also volunteering occasionally at a Forest School) and they adored it.
