Sunday Leaf Drama: a nice perk of living in Noblesville is you rake the leaves to the curb and they vacuum them. But the leaves didnāt fall till late (you can see we still have plenty unfallen, including many not pictured) then they froze to the ground. Yesterday it was going to be above freezing in the afternoon so we figured weād take them then. But walking Phoebe Sunday morning we heard the leaf truck a couple streets over! Aaaaa! Went home and quickly raked the front yard literally as it was coming by, sucking up leaves as we unstuck them from the grass and sent them flying to the curb. Eventually we gave up and they said āWeāre only doing east-west streets today. Not north-south.ā So we took our time with the rest. Then awhile later my daughter yelled to me in my part of the yard, āLeaf truck!!!!ā and they were doing it to us again! They WERE doing north-south streets! Aaaaaa! Fortunately the piles from last month were huge and frozen and took them a long time to suck up, so we got almost all the leaves to the curb in time. #drama #latergram #leafraking #freakout #frozenleaves #leavesstillonthetrees (at Noblesville, Indiana) https://www.instagram.com/p/BrOMNk3HNxX/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=w9o84ooef6hw
