Tristin was running for days after the attack, how long were these things going to chase him for? "I-I've got to shake these guys." After a while he turns a corner and nearly runs someone over, causing them both to be knocked back. "O-Oh, I-I'm sorry."

BOOM! A large collection of explosive tags had just gone off on a cliff not that far away from the Hidden Leaf Village. Nagato was dealing with a collection of rogue-nin that managed to find out who he was, and were bent on trying to take him out to gain notoriety, but they were failing. "Bansho Ten'in!" The red haired man was standing at the edge of the cliff as he pulled one of the rogue nin towards him, then back flip threw him off the cliff. This battle could be drawing attention, as Nagato summoned a third arm which had a chakra cannon at the end of it, and fired it at the rest of the rogue-nin, blowing them away, ending the battle.

That would have been quite a noticeable thing.
