Made a cheatsheet for leagues 4 for clue scrolls to see which regions have the most/ least clue steps with some asterisks. TLDR Kandarin is hella bloated and bad for all clues above beginner.

*Due to human error I may have missed things, so take this with a grain of salt*

- Some steps will have the location ticked but not taking into account items needed from another region.

- This is counting all beginner Charlie steps as only 1 step and all beginner hot and cold steps as separate steps.

- Music steps I have not counted as they are disabled this league.

- I have included Sherlock as 1 Kandarin clue step and each individual step that can be completed with the regions misthalin, kandarin and karamja count as an additional step for Kandarin.

- Similar to Sherlock I have counted Jorral for master steps with the strange device as 1 kandarin step and then and each individual step that can be completed with the regions Misthalin, Kandarin and Karamja count as an addition step for Kandarin

I have also included that in the spreadsheet. Numbers in brackets are if you have unlocked Kandarin and thus have access to strange device for hot and cold steps.

- For sherlock master steps it will be similarly counted to elites. If you need something from another region outside of Kandarin, Misthalin and Karamja those steps will not be counted.

- Falo the bard will be similar to sherlock but the regions are frem, mist and karamja.

- Any tasks that require you to kill a monster I have added +1 to each eligible region.

- Any steps that require multiple regions outside of the step I am ignoring specifically for elites and masters.
