Comic Con trailer roundup

I’ve gotten a lot of questions asking my thoughts on the various Comic Con trailers so here are my thoughts.

Batman v. Superman- Looks a little bloated and I still can’t agree with Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor but overall IT WAS SO BADASS. I mean don’t get me wrong Snyder has had great trailers for bad movies before BUT IT WAS SO BADASS. So yeah, that.

Suicide Squad- Meh. I don’t David Ayer is the right choice for the movie and Leto’s Joker really didn’t get me the way I hoped he would. But Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn though? Perfect.

Deadpool- Does not look funny at all. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but humor is a big part of Deadpool and it looks like this is one of the bad sides of Deadpool writing where they go “Oh, he’s cursing, that’s funny, right?” I clearly have no problems with cursing but if you’re not saying funny to begin with, saying fuck over and over won’t fix it. At least they aren’t going to “Lol totally random Deadpool, so wacky, random random” route and that’s a slight plus.

X-Men Apocalypse- YES YES YES YES YES OH MY GOD YES. I DON’T EVEN CARE THAT IT HAS SOME ANNOYING TRAILER CLICHES, YESSSSSS.
