Are any initiates going to Leakycon Portland? I have some Divergent temporary tattoos annd I'm not sure if I should use them next weekend or not.
can we just talk about how leakycon portland is in a week and a half, and how im super excited but also a bit nervous because ive never been to leaky before and ive been looking at an advice blog for like an hour and i still dont really know what to expect. have any of my followers been to leakycon before? have any advice/tips for a newbie? help me out pretty please with a butterbeer on top.

Did you sign up for volunteering a few months back?
Yep. Someone else responded and said most of the shifts are full now, and now I'm kind of sad. I was actually really looking forward to volunteering this year.

AT THE BALL. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE GROUP HUGGED. BY SEVERAL THOUSAND PEOPLE.
It's done with love, but can be super claustrophobic and uncomfortable and even frightening. think extremely heartfelt moshpit. I say this as someone who can be extremely touchy about that kind of thing, but I survived :P
so um...my advice on that is that when things start wrapping up and Melissa takes the mic, make your way to the back if you don't want to be stuck. that seems to be the best way to avoid it.
UPDATE: Leakycon Portland Goers!
We need roommates! Izzy (Ritzyizzy) and I have booked a room at the Marriott from June 25-July 1. We have one other female roommate for just the days of Leaky but we’re looking for at least one or two more roommates. We’d prefer them to be female and between the ages of 18-25 but we are open to other possibilities. We are all over 21 and if you are under 21, please do not expect us to help supply you with alcohol (sorry!). If you are interested, please send either of us a message on here. Thanks!
UPDATE: Our third roommate can no longer attend so we need 3 roommates total! We are trying to get 5 people in the room which would make the 6 night stay less than $250 per person! Please respond as soon as possible!
