"Of course Kayleigh still loves us, she's just busy with her own family! That's just the way things are, we girls get married, and then we have our own babies and don't have time for our siblings anymore."

"Ugh... I wish Kayleigh hadn't gotten married! I hope you won't ever get married!"

"Ashley! That's against the Watcher's plan for young ladies!"

"Pfft! What about wanting to live in a house? Is that against the Watcher's plan, too! Because I really want a real house one day! Or a farm! A farm would be even better!"

"Coveting what our neighbors have is a sin! We need to pray and be content with what we have! Papa provides everything we need!"

"I wish that lady from CPS had let us stay at the police station! At least people were nice there!"

From the Bell Family Simstagram

My wonderful husband Nathan has surprised me with a HUGE party for my 18th birthday! Finally, I'm a Young Adult and ready to take on all the responsibilities of adult life! Of course, the date is just that - a mere formality - because it feels my adult life really began when I got married to him a year and a half ago, but still, it's nice to be 18!

Everyone from church was there - it was such a squeeze in our tiny house, standing room only! - and I felt so honored that so many people came to celebrate me, my life, and of course my love for Nathan that brought me to Newcrest! My family was there, too, and it was wonderful to see my little sisters Leanne and Ashley again, and to let them witness my life as Mrs Nathan Bell that is so different from what I left behind with our parents.

And then we also had a sweet little surprise prepared for everyone...
