INTERNSHIP LEARNING OBJECTIVES
My learning objectives coming into the internship were as follows:
Assist in the daily operations and running of The Greenside Cafe and Über Vegan health food store.
Assist in developing vegan food products for the Über Vegan health food store and off-site distribution.
Contact potential distributors for vegan food products.
Improve the Greenside Cafe facebook page.
Produce research (interviews and questionnaire) to establish consumer needs.
Eating whilst driving... ;) yum...
