The Leapfrog LeapTV? Yeah, it runs Doom.
More perversion of innocent children's toys for the sake of horrific violence! One of the successors of the Leapfrog we covered earlier this year, the LeapTV is a Wii-style console for little kids, using some form of Linux where everything has root privileges... which strikes even me as a bad idea, and I’m hilariously tech-illiterate.
Here, homebrew hacker/bored dad “mickr1969″ (who’s done another port I’ll have to queue up!) has apparently replaced the built-in “Pointer Training” tutorial game with our old friend, although it’s apparently not enormously difficult to coax the system into thinking a generic EXT4-formatted MicroSD card is a game cartridge.
