I propose that we take all the statues and monuments and whatever public history stuff that is important to history but should NOT be prominently displayed (because that means you basically support what they stood for) and put them in some sort of museum called the Walk of Shame museum. That way you can learn who they were, why they had monuments and shit and also when they were removed and why they are not publicly displayed because they do not live up to American Values.

Tl:dr- preserves history, learn shit, doesn’t glorify bad people if done correctly.

Avg. Hours of Sleep: um well it depends. so on break i usually sleep like 10 to 12 hours which is horrible, but i make myself feel better for saying i'm making up for lost time from during the school semester in which i get about 4 to 6 hours. yes it is horrible. will i do something about it? probably not lol

Favorite Books: The Harry Potter series, or if you're looking for just one The Fault in Our Stars is my favorite at this moment although the book What My Mother Doesn't Know holds a spot in my heart because it helped me grow in my youth and i've read it numerous times. I always come back to it.

Favorite Anime: I don't really watch anime, i know i want to get more into it, but i have so many things i watch already so im going to say Sailor Moon because that is what i watched as a child and i actually started rewatching it a couple months ago

Get a job

People always talk about the importance and value of getting a part time job in high school. I honestly thought it was stupid. I just needed some money. People always talk about the work ethic, and the character, and the social skills you gain from having it. But what I've actually learned is that things aren't always as they seem. People aren't always who they seem. We have all heard, "Be nice to people. You don't know what they're going through." But we brush this under the rug, and although we know it with our brains we don't actually believe it in our hearts. But it is one of the truest things you can realize. This is what working in a restaurant has taught me. That white girl behind the register actually grew up in a major ghetto, does not have a relationship with any of her family, and is now pregnant while also trying to complete college. That girl running your food went to boarding school out of town for all of high school, and lost her father when she was 16. That guy washing dishes in the back is 20 and still trying to finish high school, but he's about to give up and drop out. Also, the girl he lost his virginity to got pregnant and had an abortion but he didn't learn about it until years later. That guy making sandwiches had his one and only friend move to another state. He does nothing but go to school, work, and home, and he plans to end his life next month. Do not treat other humans like robots. Give spontaneous tips. Don't complain that putting the dishes into bus tubs is too loud. Don't argue about the price. And if you're religious, ask people how you can pray for them. And if you've never worked before, consider getting a job. You will learn some amazing things.
