Day 9 of the boxing lessons. A new trainer. What a beast. And even more "cruel" than the other two combined. Long story short: I'm dead. But happy 😄
We've learnt to duck and to avoid punches. Still got issues with the left and right sides but it was better.
Boxing course, day 7. I was feeling so weak today, especially in the sparring part. Just didn't get the moves right. Got better to the end. Will have to practise them at home again.
Boxing course day 6. (I forgot to write something about day 5, apparently... learned to hook).
Never sit down after your training to wait for your train. It might be that you can't stand up soon enough 🤣
Pretty sure I will have a hard time just laying down on my bed later.
Day 4 of boxing course. I can already feel my fitness increase. That's just: wow!
Lesson 3 boxing course: was a blast! Now everything hurts. Must be doing something right 🤣
