Does Anyone Remember This?

Does anyone remember this video game where there was a talking donut and you went through all these different quests/games and one of them was where they were teaching you about table etiquette such as which spoon was which and when to use which fork?  

I remember that there was a river or something, a boat I think, and it was kind of dark looking for a kid’s game.
