So I'm trying to learn how to use and care for cast iron. Started out with the pan all rusted and messed up because I didn't know how to clean/dry it properly (left) and then managed to get it looking pretty good (right). Probably going to season it again since I didn't quite get the glassy coating I was looking for, I think I wiped a little too much of the flax oil off. #learningkitchenthings #castiron #flaxoil
