A Learning Process

As I grow older, I become more aware of  the importance of keeping a healthy body, lifestyle and spirit. Yet, lately I have learned that achieving a healthy life style and learning healthy lifestyles can be difficult... however, accepting that being healthy is a daily choice and a continuous learning process is an essential part of the journey. We are not machines and being aware that we might fail at times, can be very empowering. The key to success isn't to be perfect or living a perfectly balanced life, but about knowing that life is a never ending learning process and that at times we don’t have to be perfect.
