Oh Hi 👋 and happy almost Fall. Haven’t been on here in forever! What a day ……anyone else?!! Had a lot of questions after my last story about fitness over 50 and happy to share! I am fortunate to work with a personal trainer who pushes me. One of the best things I’ve ever done for me is to take charge of my health and learn about my body and what I can do to improve my wellness. I am now 52 and in the best shape of my life ~ so reminder it’s never too late to look after you.
