The course is a 3-day scheduled academic course via Zoom with an experienced Freediving instructor on Saturdays. This course includes online materials with progression quizzes and ends with a written exam. Class sizes will be kept small. Women's & LGBTQ+ only groups are also available. Each session is about 2-3hrs long. $170 + taxes. DM to register to start on April 9th, 16th, 23rd, or May 14th, 21st and 28th. This course is a prerequisite to Pool Training sessions.
