Master the Basics I often have to remind myself that achievement of any goal is less about the big leap I make once and more about the small steps I take consistently. Learn the basics. Learn to do them well. Learn to do them pain free so you can do them when you’re 80. There is so much value in getting really good at the basics and practicing them consistently. Learn to squat, deadlift, bench and get yourself to where you can do a pull-up (because you can!). There is always a way to coach, tweak and modify these lifts so that you can perform them pain free and progressively 💪💪💪💪 Are you ready for a change?
