コバの処理というのがあって、 断ち切りにした革の断面にコバインキを塗り、研磨する作業があります。 このバッグはサイドをコバ処理の断ち切り革から途中で内縫いに切り替えています。 パターンとしては面倒なのですがショルダーを縫い付けながらも流れるような見え方になるように考えた処理方法。 内縫いは断ち切り外縫いよりも丸みが出るのでショルダーを縫い付ける際に無理がないのでこの処理方法にしています。 また、バックルなどの金属はオリジナルで作り、引っかかりにくい丸みと強度を保つ厚みを考慮して製作しています。 裏地は重量を増してしまうので付けていません。最初は多少の毛羽が発生しますが 長い目で見て馴染んだ時の風合いも考慮し 一枚革にしています。 クタクタになるまで使ってほしい。 #leatercraft #leaterbag #alpscalf (Tokyo, Japan) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdQbEbGv8Pa/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
