Heirloom tomato soup with miso! So good and so easy! I had half of a platter of fresh heirloom tomatoes , onions, basil and chard left over from my dinner party last night so I pressured cooked it in my instapot with fresh miso broth . So good! This way I can eat these gorgeous tomatoes without having a hard time with the lectins! I can eat them fresh every now and then, but I really prefer not too. This was a perfect use of those leftovers, quick and easy too. 8 minutes at high pressure and I had a wonderful pot of soup to enjoy with Jim for our supper.
