First impression: It’s Carth! But much sweeter and not as snarky. The whole biotic thing is kinda cool.
Impression now: Adore him. His whole romance felt so organic and realistic. I can’t wait to relive all that in the remaster.
Favorite moment: Because I’m a sucker for angst it’s the scene where he says don’t leave me behind. Then he stretches out his arm to reach her. His expression is so heart wrenching.
Idea for a story: Time loop au where Kaidan has to keep reliving the confrontation in Citadel until he trusts Shepard and time goes back to linear.
Unpopular opinion: Kaidan was justified in being mad at Shepard from his POV. I did a whole rant about that once when an anon talked shit about Kaidan to me.
Favorite relationship: Shepard/Kaidan. That’s my canon.
Favorite headcanon: Kaidan never put up the plaque. Just kept it in the bedside table of their cabin. When he felt himself losing hope, he would look at it and remind himself why he had it there in the first place.
