This is a good chance to use that one headcanon of Rantaro sleeping late, because I feel like with all the waking up early and staying awake for long periods of time, he would be generally be pretty tired in the mornings when he's not on one

Pairing: Amasai (Shuichi x Rantaro)

Lee: Rantaro

Ler: Shuichi

It was 8am. Shuichi Saihara was beginning to wake up, while Rantaro Amami was still fast asleep. He just had returned from an expedition the night before and arrived home at 1am.

Shuichi had stayed up until his boyfriend came home finally, and it wasn't long after until they had both fallen asleep.

When Rantaro's on his adventures, it's only natural that he wake up very early and go to sleep very late, and when on his adventures he does so with ease. When he's home however, it's quite the opposite. Usually to make up for lost sleep, otherwise just for the hell of it, he sleeps late. Very late.

Shuichi on the other hand, naturally wakes up early, usually around 7am. He dosen't have many problems in the mornings, it's usually falling asleep that's a problem. And with the tiredness due to waiting for Rantaro, 8am was almost considered late for him.

Shuichi yawned and checked the time. He stretched his arms a little and got out of bed. Then he looked down at Rantaro, still out cold.

I'll let him be for now...he's probably pretty sleep deprived

Shuichi went to the bathroom and did normal bathroom stuff like brushing your teeth, (omg it's 11:11 as I'm writing lmao) because it's late and I can't think of anything other than that.

He got dressed and made a small breakfast for himself, like he normally would do.

Two hours pass. It's about 10 now. Rantaro's still deep in sleep, and Shuichi considers waking him up. He decides against it, because even he understands that feeling.

It got concerning when noon hit.

Shuichi decided to wake him up at this point, he's been out for a while now.

"Rantaro?" He peeked in the room.

Rantaro looked like he was beginning to wake up, yet still asleep. At least he wasn't in a deep sleep any longer.

"Taro...Do you want to get up now?" Shuichi asked gently.

"Mm...no, no not yet..." Said the sleepy Rantaro, not having the energy to open his eyes.

"It's-...It's almost noon, are you sure you don't want to get up? We did plan on seeing everyone else later today, they've been missing you, too."

"Whose gonna be there again?"

"Well, Kaede and Kaito really missed you, Angie, Himiko, Gonta, even Ryoma and Tenko. Oh and, especially Kokichi."

"Agh...of course. Could I have ten more minutes?"

"Of course, but only 10 minutes. It's getting pretty late."

"Deal."

It was more than 10 minutes as expected. 15 in fact. At this point, Shuichi had to get him up and out of the goddamn bed, even if he had to force him.

"Rantaro, it's time."

"Please? Five more minutes?"

Rantaro wasn't usually childish like this, but he's tired (although it is a bit amusing). His brain isn't doing the regular Rantaro brain stuff.

"I can't negotiate anymore, Taro. Last time you said 10 minutes, it's been 15 now."

"Damn..." He yawned.

"There's now way around it anymore, you're getting up now."

"Or what?" Rantaro said teasingly, all though only half aware of anything going on around him.

Big mistake.

"Cant say I didn't warn you..."

Now Rantaro expected him to pull off the covers, or shake him, or even pinch his nose or something like that. The sudden feeling of 10 fingers on his sides caught him completely off guard.

"WAH-Hahaha! Nohohohoho!"

"I told you, Taro."

Rantaro grabbed at his wrists, twisting and turning in the process. While this would be the point when Rantaro would completely turn the tables, he's Tired Taro right now and doesn't have the strong muscles.

"Shuichihihihi! Stahahahp!" Rantaro whined through his giggling as Shuichi moved his fingers up to Rantaro's ribs.

"I told you, only if you get up." Shuichi said, almost teasingly.

"Buhuhut I'm tihihirehed!"

"I know Taro, but we have plans. You won't be tired once you get up." Literally only Shuichi Saihara could be so sweet while wrecking the shit out of someone.

Rantaro squeaked once Shuichi got close to his underarms. He stopped for a moment.

"Sh-Shuichi..."

"Are you gonna get up?" He said almost threateningly. Who knew the usually introverted detective could be so assertive?

"..."

"I'm warning you."

"..."

This is...kind of childish... Rantaro thought. Maybe he should just give in at this point?

One second too late.

"WAH-NOHOHOHOHO!" He squealed. It wasn't a surprise to Shu that his underarms were one of his most sensitive spots. This was something he knew very well and knew for a while now.

"Gonna get up now?"

"YEHEHEHES! YEHEHES, JUST STOHOHOP!"

And he stopped.

"Aghh..." Rantaro rolled over, clutching his sides and his face slightly pink. Yet, he definitely was feeling more awake now.

"Come on, out of the bed. Or I'll tickle you again."

"Okay, okay! I'm up now, see? I'm awake!" He panicked, scrambling out of the bed.

Shuichi chuckled.

"Hehe...about time..." And then he reverted back to the Shy Shu we all know and love.

"That was a little mean, don't you think?" Rantaro smirked, his hair still a little messy.

"Well-I...I did warn you!"

"Eh, true, but wouldn't it only be fair if we're even?"

It took the poor guy a second.

"...Shit."

Cue Taro, full of energy thanks to his wake up call, hunting down and mercilessly destroying Shuichi as per revenge.

Alright, I got no more lee Amami requests in my inbox, so I’ll make this myself! I shall make this Oumami today because I feel like the first theme fits them, if it was the second theme, then it would be Amasai. (Both could also apply to Amamatsu, but I haven’t just done Oumami before soooo-) I’d say that this is a decently average sized fanfic, so I hope you all enjoy it!~

Lee Amami Week Day 3: Snow Day or Hot Cocoa by the Fire

A snowball hit Kokichi in the back of the head. He turned around to see who had thrown it, and wasn’t surprised when it was none other than his boyfriend, Rantaro. The smaller boy smirked and ran at the survivor. The green haired boy ran away, with the purple haired boy following shortly behind. Kokichi jumped on Rantaro’s back, the taller boy easily catching him in a piggyback ride. Kokichi smirked as he shoved his hands under Rantaro’s warm coat and shirt, connecting with his skin. Rantaro screeched and tryed to shake the hands off, as the small boy started wiggling his fingers over his belly. “COLD! Ihihit’s cohohohold! Nohohohoho,” Rantaro yelled through his giggles. Kokichi didn’t stop, in fact, he started scribbling his cold fingers over Rantaro’s ribs, causing the taller to scream, “OKAY OKAY!!! NOHOHOHOHO IHIHIHIT’S TOHOHOO COHOHOHOLD!!!!” Kokichi giggled as he stopped and was brought inside by Rantaro. The tall boy threw him on the couch, straddling his waist. Rantaro smirked down at the small boy, “Now your gonna get it, you little shit~” If Kokichi was being honest, it was worth it. In fact, he was looking forward to Rantaro’s coming revenge.

6 and oumami? (Thank you for the good good ™ Ive felt terrible bc my birthday is literally in a day and I miiiiight have went back and binged all of your v3 fics djsndbfn)

Amami hadn’t been acting like himself all day, and it was driving Ouma mad.

He knew something was up when he arrived late for their tutoring session. He was almost always right on time, so seeing him stumble in fifteen minutes after their session was supposed to start was the first sign that something was not right. Ouma tried to make small talk, but Amami’s answers were short and devoid of any joy. He cracked his best jokes, gossiped about Tojo and Akamatsu, and weaved his most outrageous lie to date, but Amami refused to react. Not even a scoff. It was so, so boring. And it was throwing Ouma off his game.

The supreme leader was determined to make him laugh. By any means necessary. 

They sat side by side at the desk in his bedroom, hammering out solutions to complicated math problems. When there was a lull in the conversation, Ouma turned to face his chartreuse-haired superior and gave him a few experimental pokes to the side.

“What are you doing?” He asked, his voice seeping with annoyance.

“Give me a minute. I’m gonna tickle the shit out of you.”

Amami sighed and began gently pushing his pupil away.

“Well, I’m not ticklish, so that’s not gonna work. Now come on, we’ve got work to do.”

“You’re such a liar. And you know I hate liars.”

Unfortunately, the longer Ouma tried, the more he came to realize that Amami most likely wasn’t lying. He tried all the typical spots: his underarms, his ribs, his stomach. He even scurried his fingers against his neck. His tutor remained stone faced without so much as a grunt.

However, Ouma wasn’t one to give up easily. He was going to get him, one way or another.

“Alright, I guess you were telling the truth…” he said with a frown. He stood up from his seat and wandered somewhat aimlessly until he faced Amami’s back. “Time to give up forever.”

“If you’re done, then please have a seat. We’ve barely touched the lesson today.”

Ouma grinned mischievously as he set his sights on another vulnerable area.

He waited, and waited, and waited, then finally…

“... ACK!”

There it was. He had discovered Amami’s weak spot. Two pokes on the middle of his back, where his ribs met his sides, were the cause of his sudden shriek. 

“Neeheehee… got you.”

Ouma clamped both hands down on the newly discovered spot, digging in with the right amount of pressure to make Amami laugh, but not enough to cause harm. He was rewarded with a flurry of musical laughter that seemed to float through the air like notes to a song. Amami looked like he wasn’t sure what to do with himself. He twisted his midsection back and forth, trying to shake Ouma off, but it wasn’t easy in his current position. Ouma wondered if this was the first time he’d truly been tickled.

Sadly, it didn’t last long. Amami eventually fought him off, and once he was free from the unexpected attack he turned around and leered at the shorter boy, plotting his revenge.

“Now you’re in for it.”

Normally, seeing an expression like that would’ve sent fear through Ouma’s heart. But seeing him smile again was worth the punishment he was about to receive.

HA! I bet you would guess Shuichi to be the lee since he’s always down on himself and needs cheering up, but no. It’s Rantaro this time, Shuichi cheering up the bby boi who can’t remember his talent! I know that’s not like Shuichi before Rantaro died, so we’ll just say that this is an AU where Rantaro DOESN’T die. We’ll say that there really was no time limit motive and the rest of the deaths proceed as normal! The first death in this AU would be Ryoma in this case, which would mean that by now both Kirumi and Ryoma are dead. So Shuichi has changed by now and Kaede is a alive! Hope you enjoy~

Cheering Up the Ultimate ???

Rantaro sighed as he woke up that morning, still not remembering his talent. He got out of bed to head to breakfast, when he heard the sound of a doorbell ringing. It appeared to be coming from right outside his room, so he decided to open the door.

Once he opened, it appeared to be Shuichi at the door, “Ah, Shuichi! What is it? Shouldn’t you be heading towards the dining hall?” The avocado was confused to say the least. Why had the ultimate detective come to his room? Shuichi invited himself in, which confused Rantaro even more.

Rantaro obliged, however, stepping aside to make sure he didn’t get in the detective’s way. The former closed the door, “What’s the problem?” They had just received a flashback light and used it last night after the trial. Maybe he had wanted to talk about what Rantaro had remembered?

That seemed to be the case after Shuichi had finally said something, “Have you remembered your ultimate talent? I know we all got the same flashback, I just wanted to see if you had remembered yet...”

The green-haired boy sighed with a fake smile, “Not yet, unfortunately....but I’m working on it!” His voice faltered, which was when Shuichi knew that Rantaro wasn’t very happy. The blueberry looked up at the avocado with concern in his eyes, “Is...something wrong?”

The boy with no talent widened his eyes in surprise. I mean, Shuichi IS the ultimate detective, so he should’ve expected him to see through his false happiness. Rantaro sighed, “Just a little disappointed that I haven’t found anything yet...but I’m fine, no need to-”

Shuichi suddenly cut him off with his next sentence, “Don’t say that there’s no need to worry about you! Because it’s not gonna make me stop worrying about you! So...is there anything I can do to help take your mind off it?”

The green-haired boy was surprised to say the least, he honestly wondered when Shuichi had become so confident. But no matter, he didn’t want to burden the detective with his problems, so he once again tried to make him drop it, “Nah...it’s fine...I can deal with it on my ow-”

He once again...got cut off...by none other than Shuichi Saihara himself, “Hey, don’t say you don’t need any help...because I know you do...so..talk to me,” the detective placed his hand on Rantaro’s upper back, causing the latter to stiffen and make a choking noise, trying stifle whatever reaction he would make.

Shuichi raised an eyebrow as he pulled his hand back, “Are you okay? What was that?” The green-haired boy laughed, nervously, “O-oh nothing, I just got hurt there!” He said this sentence a little too quickly for the blueberry’s liking. He narrowed his eyes as he came up with a plan.

“Oh really? Can I check to make sure it’s not serious? It would really ease my nerves.” The avocado nervously chuckled a bit, “A-ah- s-sure I guess, I don’t mind...” The blue-haired boy took this as his cue to take a look at his ‘injury’.

He ran his fingers over the skin peeking out from Rantaro’s shirt, causing the latter to shake and hold back giggles. The blue boy smirked, feeling a little playful, “I see...it’s very serious...we’re gonna have to take care of this ‘injury’ of yours...”

The green boy was a little nervous, “H-how so? I- I don’t really think it’s that ser- WAHAHAIT NOHOHOHO!” He broke into loud giggles as Shuichi started rapidly scribbling his fingers over Rantaro’s upper back.

Shuichi smiled and continued up to Rantaro’s shoulders, “You can’t hide secrets from me...you should know that, Amami-Kun~” The green-haired boy squealed as he hit a particularly sensitive spot right on his shoulder blades, “EEEHEHEK! SH-SHUICHIHIHIHI! STAHAHAHAP! IHIHIHIT TIHIHICKLES TOHOHOO MUHUHUCH!”

The blue-haired boy giggled a bit, “Oh, is this a bad spot?~ I mean I guess I cooouuuld stop...but only if you’re fully cheered up...so are you cheered up now?” Rantaro frantically nodded his head, tears threatening to streak down his face, “YES! YEHEHES! PLEHEHEHEASE IT’S SOHOHO BAHAHAD!”

Shuichi took that as a sign to stop. He sat back down right next to Rantaro, watching the avacado take deep breaths to calm down. Shuichi felt a little guilty, “W-was that t-too much?”The green haired boy had finally caught his breath, and offered a bright smile, “No not at all! It helped a lot actually! Thanks Shuichi!”

Shuichi was caught off guard at him thanking him, but he was even more shocked when Rantaro tackled him back to the bed and pinned him down. The green boy smirked, “But now it’s my turn, you don’t mind if I get my revenge, do you Shuichi?”

He didn’t know why...but somehow, hearing that sentence made him excited and giddy. It made him feel warm inside, thinking about Rantaro tickling him, but he didn’t know why. He smirked up at his friend, “Bring it on!”

Let’s just say that Shuichi had the tickling of a lifetime. And they grew closer that day, a lot closer. Close enough to be considered a couple, but who would take control and confess their feelings first? No one knows.

Lee Amami Week Day 1 - Sisters or Traveling

Rantaro sighed as he was looking through old records of his sisters. He had been working nonstop to find them, and his two boyfriends were getting worried. A knock was heard at the door and he heard the voice of his detective boyfriend, “Rantaro...can we come in?” The survivor jumped at the knock, “Ah- yeah, come in!” Shuichi and Kokichi opened the door and walked inside. The liar frowned, “Don’t you think you should take a break? You’ve been working for five hours straight...” The green haired boy sighed, “I’m sorry, I can’t stop until I find my sisters...” The detective gave Kokichi a look. A look that Kokichi knew all too well. The purple haired boy turned back to look at the avocado, “Are you suuuurree you won’t take a break?” Rantaro sighed, too focused on his work to notice the mischievous gleam in his boyfriend’s eyes, “Yes, I’m sure...” Kokichi and Shuichi looked at each other and nodded. They grabbed Rantaro, pulling him over to their shared bed, the survivor shouting out protests. Once they had gotten him restrained, Shuichi was behind Rantaro, arms bent up, keeping Rantaro’s arms locked in place. Kokichi sat on Rantaro’s lap, keeping his lower half restrained. The avocado glared, “I just told you I won’t stop unt- WAHAIT! NOHOHOHO!!!” Shuichi had cut Rantaro off by now using one hand to hold Rantaro’s arms above his head, using the other hand to scribble across his shoulder blades. The green haired boy let out a series of squeaks and giggles, squirming around as much as he could with limited mobility. Kokichi joined in a moment later, reaching behind himself and latching onto Rantaro’s knees, beginning to pinch at them. “EEEHEHEHE!! W-WAHAHAHAIT DOHOHOHON’T!!! I’MSORRY I’MSOHOHOHORRYYYYY!” Rantaro was usually one not on the receiving end of tickles, he was normally the one doing the tickles. I know, that’s pretty hard to believe, with how deadly ticklish Rantaro actually is. His boyfriends took full advantage of Rantaro’s weakness and scribbled their fingers away, Shuichi’s over shoulder blades and Kokichi’s over knees. They didn’t stop for quite a while...not until Rantaro agreed to take a break for the rest of the day. Then they cuddled together on the couch, Rantaro squished between his boyfriends. They then fell asleep, snuggled up into each other’s arms.

Lee Amami Week Day 4: AU’s or Baking

Rantaro placed the snickerdoodle cookies in the oven, and started the timer. He then leaned on the counter, waiting for them to be done. He then heard Shuichi’s voice from the living room, “Hey Rantaro? Can you come here for a second?” The green haired boy smiled at the request of his lover, “Of course, Shu~” He walked into the living room, to see a pouty Shu with his arms outstretched. The survivor chuckled as he made his way over to Shuichi, picked him up, and sat Shuichi on his lap. The slightly shorter boy snuggled up to Rantaro’s chest, as he got an idea, “Hey Rantaro? Mind laying on your back for me?” Now Rantaro knew better than to trust his sneaky boyfriend, but complied none the less, “Sure thing~” The taller boy laid down on his back and watched the detective lay his head on his stomach. Suddenly he felt his shirt go up and nuzzling on his belly, causing him to let out a few giggles, “Aha- Affectionate, aren’t wehe?~” He heard a small giggle come from the blueberry as he started planting kisses on Rantaro’s belly. Rantaro burst into sweet, helpless giggles, “H-hehehey! Thahahat tihihihickles! Shuhuhuhu- naaaahahahaha~” Shuichi stopped for a moment just to say the most evil tease ever, “What? Cant take what you dish out?~” and then went back to kissing the green haired’s tummy. Rantaro’s face went beat red, “NnnaaaahahahaAAAAHA! Sohoho mehehean!” So much time had passed, that Rantaro didn’t realize that the cookies were done, until the alarm went off. Shuichi stopped and let him get up. Rantaro went to go get the cookies. Moments later, he came back out with a plate of cookies, which they shared while cuddling and watching Nightmare Before Christmas.

ALRIGHT!!! Let’s do day 2! I have decided to do ler Angie for this one, since I haven’t written for her yet! Sorry it’s really short! I’m trying to catch up on Lee Amami Week,so I made this one a little shorter than I usually make my fanfics.

Lee Amami Week Day 2: Dates or Thunder Storms

Angie and Rantaro were cuddling on the couch, as the thunder storm raged on outside. Then...a poke was initiated. Then another poke. Then...ATTACK! The artist scribbled her fingers over the survivor’s ribs, causing him to burst into giggles, “Aha- Angihihihie! Nohohoho tihihihickles!” He squirmed around in her grasp, trying to escape the tickly feeling. Angie just giggled and teased, “Yahaha! Tickle tickle tiiickle~” All he could do was laugh and giggle, as her grip on him was tight. In the next few minutes, all he could do was giggle and snort in her grasp. She finally stopped after a few minutes. They then resumed cuddling, as Rantaro caught his breath. Angie planted a kiss on his forehead, “You’re laugh is very cute, Rantaro~” Rantaro was left red-faced for the rest of the night as the thunder storm subsided.
