There will be a free flow arts learning event on IG Live on Sunday March 1st from 10 am CST until whenever it ends! There will even be yoga, dance (both under movement in the pics below), juggling, fans, poi, I'm sure other props I've missed and hooping! One of the few male hooping instructors pulled this together.

Each workshop is really short - about 15 to 30 minutes, so if you just want to watch, the IG account is @ flowfests (https://www.instagram.com/flowfests/).

Lee Jeffries is the hooper who organized this. He'll be teaching this choreo to that Chrissa Sparkles Fuck ICE song I shared last month. I stitched his two videos showing the routine and slowed down version for myself but am sharing below.
