There will be a free flow arts learning event on IG Live on Sunday March 1st from 10 am CST until whenever it ends! There will even be yoga, dance (both under movement in the pics below), juggling, fans, poi, I'm sure other props I've missed and hooping! One of the few male hooping instructors pulled this together.
Each workshop is really short - about 15 to 30 minutes, so if you just want to watch, the IG account is @ flowfests (https://www.instagram.com/flowfests/).

It's a free event but there are links for donating tied to the Meltdown raffle on IG for folks who want to try to win something in the raffle. They are donating all proceeds to the National Immigrant Justice Center (https://immigrantjustice.org/)
