“… maybe…” a sly smile crept on chanhee’s lips as he looked at the older male—a chuckle soon leaving him. he’s aware that kibum had no control at all on the fact that he was older than him; however, it has always been his favorite past time to tease people on how old they are. whether they were older or much younger than he was, he will somehow find a way to call them old. in kibum’s case, it was quite easy. “to be fair though you arent the only I’m doing this too. i tease sunmi noona, irene noona… heck, even taeyeon noona on being old.” he nodded. “you arent alone.”

`ㅂ´ ┊ “Jokes on you. In mandarin, I’m still 18.” Because his proficiency in mandarin hasn’t gone above and beyond since he’d last learned to introduce himself in the language when he was a trainee (at the age of, surprise! 18); the 25 year old-- (in Korean) was still living his golden, teenage years at 18.  “Yah, don’t speak informally to your hyung in Korean. Be fair. Switch to Mandarin Chanhee hyung.” It almost feels like a crime where he (incorrectly) places the honorific, where he drags it far beyond its capability all in the name of jest. 

“Hyungnim,” Kibum revs back up, because he’s truly a disgusting, honorific butchering human being with the intent to soil Chanhee’s ears. What drags him back from doing it, though, is the mention of Taeyeon to which he... gets his Kim Taeyeon on. A less vocally gifted rendition of but one the songbird’s gift to man kind ripped straight from her Persona concert:  “Ueojeonhi geudaerojyo gyejeoreun~~ “ His performance is interrupted by the bell of chuckles chiming from his throat. “What’s wrong with being ‘old’ anyways? Everything that’s old is gold. Take me and Taeyeon noona for example-- I ripen with age and noona strikes gold.”
