Very excited to be part of this participatory #mendingproject by #leemingwei at the @gardnermuseum over the next few months. Visitors are invited to bring an object that needs mending and sit with the mender as it's being mended. More information on the project on the #gardnermuseum website. As some of you may know, stitching and mending are part of my (neglected) artistic practice and I look forward to reconnect to it while participating in this beautiful project. The project is parts of the Common Threads exhibition that starts this week and run thru Jan 13.
