Via Flickr: Left over shoulder of lamb (roasted with ras-el-hanout, see: recipe ) on a sandwich/roll/bun with rocket, tomato and a sauce of greek yoghurt and mayonaise (5:1) with lemonjuice, coriander, spring onion, pinch of ground cuminseed, pinch of cayenne pepper, pepper, salt.
