Lamsstoofpotje met lentegroenten

Dit lamsstoofpotje is gemaakt met heel veel groenten en lamsschouder. Het vlees is mals, licht verteerbaar en heeft een typische, heerlijke smaak (vind ik toch). Je bent er vaak voor of tegen, maar ik hou echt van de unieke zoutige smaak, zoals bij al het lamsvlees, komt uit de omgeving waar het dier heeft gelopen. Sage Lemon Slow cooked shoulder of lamb

Cook the shoulder of lamb in the oven. Slowly cook it for four hours. Use the sticky baking juices to make a delicious gravy to pour over this lovely piece of meat. This is my twist to Jamie Olivers Shoulder of Lamb roast.

Via Flickr: Left over shoulder of lamb (roasted with ras-el-hanout, see: recipe ) on a sandwich/roll/bun with rocket, tomato and a sauce of greek yoghurt and mayonaise (5:1) with lemonjuice, coriander, spring onion, pinch of ground cuminseed, pinch of cayenne pepper, pepper, salt. Wish I had some more. :-)
